He began his executive career as Vice President of Sales at McAfee, where he led enterprise sales across the UK and EMEA, driving sustained growth and expanding the market. He then became CEO of Crannog Software, a rapidly growing network performance monitoring company, which he successfully guided through its acquisition by Fluke Networks.
Following the acquisition, Philip joined Fluke Networks as Worldwide Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where he led global go-to-market strategy, developed international channels, and drove enterprise growth. His leadership helped establish Fluke as a global force in network visibility and diagnostics.
Today, at Rebasoft, Philip is establishing a new strategic direction for a sector affected by fragmentation and inertia. He is integrating asset discovery, vulnerability management, configuration control, and enforcement into a single, real-time, context-rich platform. Under his leadership, Rebasoft is helping to define Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) — a Gartner-recognised category — by providing continuous visibility and control across every connected asset, user, and device.
Rebasoft is also establishing a new high standard in vulnerability management, going far beyond simple detection. By integrating asset intelligence, exploitability, live network context, and automated enforcement, the platform enables smarter prioritisation, faster remediation, and tighter integration with modern security operations.
Philip’s vision is clear: to equip security and IT teams with a unified platform designed not for yesterday’s static environments, but for the speed, scale, and complexity of today’s — and tomorrow’s — digital enterprise.
